Braise onion till golden brown.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 . Add fillet with salt and ginger garlic and cook for approx. 5 min<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Add all the ingredients except the tomatoes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4 . Add 1\/2 of the green peppers only.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">5. When 1\/2 way done , add tomatoes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6. Cook till dry.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">7. When cooked , add the remaining green peppers.<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">CHEESE:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1. Mix together grated mozarella and normal cheese . Add 1\/2 tsp of origanum and parsley to the cheese.<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">MUSHROOMS :<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 punnet mushrooms<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/2 onion cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/4 tsp green chillie paste ( crushed green chillies )<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pinch of black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pinch of mixed Italian herbs<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">METHOD:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1. Braise onions till golden brown.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2. Add mushrooms , salt , chillie paste, Italian herbs and black pepper.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Cook till done.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1. To put pizza together , use red samoosa chutney on the base.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2. Then the filling.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Scatter a few mushrooms on top of the chicken filling.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. Add cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">5. Add finely chopped fresh garlic on top of the cheese.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6. Add green and red peppers.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">7. I left mine to rise the whole day.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Divide the dough into 11 parts, roll out and mould them into oval shapes.<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">For the tikka marinade<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4 chicken breasts, cut into a small cubes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4 to 5 tbl plain Greek yogurt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tbl Amina Tikka marinade <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">a splash of egg-yellow food colour <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">salt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">ground garlic and ginger (a tsp each)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">white pepper for additional heat <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">a squeeze of half a lemon <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">half a tsp of black pepper <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">a tsp each of ground cumin and coriander powder<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Allow to marinate for a few hours. R<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">emove the chicken from the marinade and grill in a T-fal optigrill to the well-done stage or any griller of choice.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Spoon the balance of the marinade into a pan and add a stick of butter.
