And place in a clear plastic bag and microwave for 8-10 min.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix the fresh cream, sour cream, white onion soup, creamstyle sweetcorn and lemon pepper together in a bowl. Once the potatoes are soft empty the bag into a pyrex dish and pour the mixture over. Then place in the oven at 180 deg for 20 min. Take out and sprinkle cheese, allow to melt and serve immediately. Tried and tested<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">CHICKEN ROULADE<br \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients:<br \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 large potatoes (boiled\/ baked)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Green chutney (to taste)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt + pepper (to taste)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dash Butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Roulade:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">500g chicken fillet<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp cake flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 egg<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp garlic flakes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp ground green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp dhana jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 large onion (chopped)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 Tbsp oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 Tbsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp chilli sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp tomato sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 Tbsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tbsp garlic flakes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Topping:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 large potato (grated)<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Method<\/strong>:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1. Blend roulade ingredients in magimix. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Grease a large piece of foil with oil. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3. Spread minced chicken onto foil. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4. Make mash with potatoes for filling seasoning with chutney, salt, pepper and butter. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5. Place filling in the center of roulade and roll chicken over sealing it well with foil. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">6. Place in pot to steam for 30-40 min. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">7. Make sauce by boiling until thickened. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">8. Colour grated potato with pinch turmeric or egg yellow food colouring and fry until crispy. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">9. When roulade is firmed and cooked through, remove from foil. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">10. Pour sauce over and garnish with fried potato. Form in to balls and leave to rest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Make a chana flour paste with 1 cup chana flour, \u00bd tsp salt, 1 tsp red chillies and 1 tsp dry dhana, add enough water to make a runny consistency. Dip potato balls into paste and fry<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">POTATOE SALAD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5 potatoes (medium sized) Peel, cube &amp; boil with salt to taste. When soft mash with 2tbsp of butter.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Roll into balls and let them set in the fridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">In another bowl mix together:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1tin nestle cream (BIG)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4tblsp (brown sugar)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Half a cup of mayonnaise<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">When balls are set, pour mixture covering it generously, garnish with coriander\/dhania and red pepper.
