It has grease-busting qualities too. Dampen a clean, dry cloth with undiluted white vinegar, and wipe down greasy cabinets. Rinse your cloth with warm water, wring out most of the moisture, and use it to rinse the cabinetry. Dry the damp surfaces with a paper towel, but note any still-sticky spots that need a do-over.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">DISH SOAP<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dish soap, an alkaline-based product, cuts through grease, but so does heat. Fill your sink half full with tap water as hot as you can handle while wearing rubber gloves &#8212; hot water helps to break down or melt through built-up grease. Squirt a tablespoon or two of dish soap into the water, and use a sponge with an attached nylon-scouring pad as your grease-killing weapon. Attack the grime in a circular motion, but only for as long as it takes and with enough pressure to remove the stains &#8212; and not your cupboards\u2019 finish. Change the water as it cools. Rinse and dry your cabinetry to a shine<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Good old bicarbonate of soda is always worth a try, it shifts most greasy stuff, just use it as a scouring powder with a damp cloth<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Detergent and Water<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Create a cleaning solution using laundry or grease cutting dish detergent and water. Mix together 1 cup of detergent for every 2 cups of warm water. Apply to your cabinets using a clean cloth or soft sponge. Scrub the cabinets while taking care not to remove or scratch the finish. Rinse with water to remove the soap residue and dry.<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Vinegar and Water<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Use vinegar and water to remove a sticky film on your cabinet exteriors.
