font-size: 12pt;\">3 grated tomatoes <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1grated onion<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1satchet tomato paste <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup fresh cream <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Few green chilie<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4 medium potatoes cut up, coloured with egg yellow food colour and fried<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1cup boiled masoor (boil with 1\/4 tsp tumeric and 1tsp salt)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">21\/2 cups rice (precookd )<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1curry spoon ghee <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 curry spoon oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">For top of rice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbls ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp zaffron essence <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tbls fried onions<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate lamb with all the ingredients beside potatoes, masoor and rice. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Put oil and ghee in pot and heat. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add lamb and cook for half hour. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Add potatoes and cook for further 20 minutes. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Sprinkle masoor over. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cover with a layer of foil. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Make holes on foil with a knife. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Place pre cooked rice over foil. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Drizzle ghee, zafron and fried onion over rice<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Sprinkle water over rice. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Turn sides of foil over rice. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
