Mix all ingredients together and smear on meat. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Leave to marinate overnite. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3. Put marinated leg in a pot and drizzle oil over<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4. Cook on medium heat on the stove for 1 hour then turn leg over<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5. Bake in preheated oven 140 on bottom shelf for 3 hours<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">6. Remove excess liquid from pot and add into another pot<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">7.Turn oven setting to grill <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">8. Remove lid from pot and grill leg till its turns red <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">9.
