Garnish with coriander and sun dried tomatoes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">ADEGA CHICKEN<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 chicken cut and washed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tblsp garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tblsp magic masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00bd tsp arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tbls adega spice.. which can be bought from your spice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Marinate chicken with the above ingredients and cook in ghee for 10 to 15 minutes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Meanwhile make a sauce with:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tblsp All Joy Chakalaka suace<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3 tblsp Nandos Bushveld sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3 tblsp garlic peri peri sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3 tbls pmayonnaise<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp red chilies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp Adega spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Boil together till thick and pour over chicken and put foil over and grill in oven for about 10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0SRIRACHA CHICKEN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Heat a pan with olive oil and add to it whole dry jeeru. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Then 1 heaped tsp of <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Crushed garlic <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ginger <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Red chili paste <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">As soon as the paste starts to infuse take it off heat.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Top the mixture up with: <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1tsp salt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Lemon juice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Once mixture has cooled, rub the chicken with it and leave it to marinate for a few hours in the fridge. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Cook on low heat until done, place the chicken in a roasting dish and reserve the left over water in the pot. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Make a mixture with the following <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2tbsp olive oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2tbsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4tbsp lemon juice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2tbsp honey <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2tsp Sriracha sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2tbsp soya sauce <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Add this mixture to your reserved water and let it boil together. Remove from heat as soon as sauce thickens a bit. Pour the sauce over the chicken and place it under a hot grill.
