Tomatoes sauce, machachos sauce, steers garlic sauce etc\u2026\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix all the above ingredients together to make a paste.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Pierce the leg in many places, and marinate making sure the whole leg is covered with marination. Allow to marinate overnight or longer, then cook on a low oven till done.
