font-size: 12pt;\">MASALA:<br \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 ONIONS NORMAL VAGAAR WITH WHOLE SLICED GREEN CHILLIES, <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">WHEN LIGHT BROWN ADD:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp crushed green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Handful fresh green chopped dhaniya<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp red masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp Dhana <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp Jeeru <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp Arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Let above braise for 5mins<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">THEN FURTHER ADD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp lemon juice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp green chutney <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/3 cup Tom pur\u00e9e<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp yogurt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Once all braised add about 2 liquidized tomatoes <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Let tomatoes cook then add cooked meat to masala, 1 cup rice 1\/2 cup water and let it steam<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Fry potatoes and add to rice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Garnish with green dhaniya <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; KEEP COVERED:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 tsp whole jeeru,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 5 cardamom pods<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 3 to 4 cloves,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 3 cinnamon sticks,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 12 black peppercorns<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Soak 2 cups rice in hot water and leave aside.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 chicken cut into pieces<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 large onions finely chopped,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup oil and 1\/4 cup ghee. Braise onions, when onions are pinky gold add your chicken and<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp ginger paste and<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp garlic paste,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp jeeru powder,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp turmeric.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Let it cook a bit then add 2 grated tomato with 3 tsp paprika and hot chilli powder according to taste, and 2 tsp dhania powder.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add 2 cups maas\/sour milk, then add in the the water of the soaked spices with cinnamon sticks and close lid of the pot, this gives it a lovely flavor. Keep pot covered. Add potatoes when chicken is half done. Once potatoes are cooked add in raw rice, add very little water if needed. Put in dhania and big sprig of mint. Mix well and place in oven to cook. Garnish with fresh chopped dhania. Stir fry julienne carrots, strips of peppers and marrow cut into rounds in olive oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add salt, white pepper and sour cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate steak with spices and vinegar and cook in ghee. Add grated tomato and tomato sauce.
