Serve and enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">*can be made into mini foil cups also<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>PATERIA CURRY<\/strong> <br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">12 pieces pattha slices<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Chutney-<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 med onion (sliced)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\u20444 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\u20442 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) seeds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Small pinch mustard seeds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 whole green chillies (slit)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 curry leaves<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3 large tomatoes (liquidized)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon chilli powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (coriander cumin) powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\u20444 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tablespoon vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 teaspoon sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon double cream plain yoghurt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tablespoon coconut cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\u20442 cup diced peppers<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Method:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1. Lightly fry pattha till crispy on either side and leave aside. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2. For healthier option bake in oven with a drizzle of oil for few minutes, then grill till crispy.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Braise onion in oil with Jeeru, mustard &amp; Methi seeds, curry leaves and chillies.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. When lightly browned, add tomatoes, spices, lemon, vinegar and sugar.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">5. Cook till liquid has reduced, then add coconut cream and yoghurt.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6. Cook till thickened. Remove curry leaves.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">7. Place fried pattha in the chutney.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">8. Saut\u00e9 peppers till just softened and spoon over.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">9. Heat together.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">10.
