Cook till completely done. Make about 6 rotis, place chicken filling in the center, drizzle with tomato sauce and mayo. Roll stiffly, cut in half, pack in foil containers and its ready to eat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">ROAST CHICKEN<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 chicken <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 tblsp roast masala <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tblsp ginger garlic masala<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp arad<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00bd cup lemon juice<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Steam chicken in above ingredients. Once steamed, fry chicken in shallow oil, drain on carlton roll. Potatoes can be added. Serve with puri<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>PURI<\/strong> <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 cups <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00bd tsp salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp baking.powder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 cup milk<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Mix flour. Baking.powder and salt. Rub butter into flour and make breadcrumbs. Add milk and form soft dough, roll and fry as desired.
