Cut .washed and cleaned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bd tin Tomato Puree.<br \/>1 Tablespoon Red Masala.<br \/>2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.<br \/>2 teaspoon fine red chillies.<br \/>1\/4 teaspoon Arad.<br \/>1\/4 teaspoon jeeru.<br \/>Marinate the above for an hour..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook chicken in ghee.<br \/>Once cooked.<br \/>Lay in oven tray and make sauce and pour over.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sauce:<br \/>3 Tablespoon Olive Oil.<br \/>Blob of butter.<br \/>1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic&#8230;<br \/>1 Tablespoon crushed Chilies.<br \/>1 Tablespoon Paprika.<br \/>1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><br \/>Braise so that garlic cooks a bit.<br \/>Then add other ingredients and mix well.<br \/>Pour over chicken.<br \/>Grill for 10 minutes or till it seals .but do not leave it too long that sauce dries out.<br \/>Time varies according to your taste.<br \/>Serve with baked potatoes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boil 6 potatoes with jackets for about 15 min.<br \/>Drain and leave to cool.<br \/>Lay in oven proof bowl or baking tray.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mix together:<\/strong><br \/>500 ml fresh cream.<br \/>\u00bd cup mayonnaise.<br \/>1 Tablespoon crushed green chillies.<br \/>1 Teaspoon aromat.<br \/>1 Teaspoon Jeeru.<br \/>1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic.<br \/>Pour over potatoes. And bake in the oven<br \/>For about 15 \/20 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Serve with Naan.<\/strong><br \/>Tawa Garlic Naan.<br \/>2 cups Flour.<br \/>1 Tablespoon Ghee.<br \/>2 Teaspoon Baking Powder.<br \/>3\/4 Teaspoon Salt.<br \/>1\/2 cup yoghurt.<br \/>Lukewarm Milk- to make dough.<br \/><strong>Method:<\/strong><br \/>Mix all ingredients together.<br \/>Make dough with lukewarm milk.<br \/>Roll out small rotis.<br \/>Grill on tawa.<br \/>Brush with garlic butter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 chicken.
