font-size: 12pt;\">500 g cubed liver..u can use sheep ..ox ..or any other..this was fresh Impala<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 medium to large chopped or thickly sliced onion..fried in ghee and butter mixed..till pinkish..add in 2 slit green chillies..few curry leaves..1 tsp ginger garlic..1 tsp chilli paste<\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Braise then add in the cubed liver<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add 1 tblsp lemon juice or vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt..or aromat to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp packo or rajah roasted masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Half tsp tumeric<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Half tsp crush chilli<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Half tsp chilli pdr..kashmiri if u hav<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Half tsp dhana jeeraa<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Quarter tsp pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Braise well on high<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">It must fry..now add in half to 1 cup boiling water..mix and close lid..leave to cook<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Peel and chop 1 tomato<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Wen water burns out add in tomatoes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Fry on high ..till tomato is cooked<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
