Drain properly. Make 2cm slits, making sure not to cut right through&#8230; fillet should stay intack. Marinate overnight in all the above ingredients except butter. Place into an oven pan and bake on 180C for 2hours. If there is too much watery sauce Remove the sauce and thicken on the stove.
