BIBI AYESHA KADWA<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3 potatoes peeled cut and put in pot<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and water ..Put to boil<\/p>\n<p>3 quarter way&#8230;add in 1 tin drained chick peas<\/p>\n<p>Leave to cook with potatoes<\/p>\n<p>In a pot put butter<\/p>\n<p>Add 2 chopped green chillies ..Or more<\/p>\n<p>5 grated garlic&#8230;or 1 full Tblsp crushed<\/p>\n<p>1 handful chopped curry leaves<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp mustard seeds<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp crushed jeeraa<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Saute..Then add<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2 Tblsp fresh coconut<\/p>\n<p>1 tblsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>2 tblsp sesame seeds<\/p>\n<p>Saute ..Then add in the potatoes and chickpeas<\/p>\n<p>Adjust salt<\/p>\n<p>Mix well. Add chopped greens over<\/p>\n<p>Fry Pani puri discs..Set aside<\/p>\n<p>Soak tamarind in boiling water and strain<\/p>\n<p>Prepare green chutney&#8230;add Mrs Balls chutney to this chutney if u like<\/p>\n<p>Prepare sambals..Or chop onion in the tamarind water&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Fry samoosa purr cut offs<\/p>\n<p>Season with salt and chilli powder<\/p>\n<p>Poke holes in discs and put filling inside<\/p>\n<p>Dribble green chutney<\/p>\n<p>Add sambals over<\/p>\n<p>Now dribble tamarind water<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle crushed purr over all<\/p>\n<p>Add chopped coriander over<\/p>\n<p>Dribble tamarind and chutney if u like SERVE IMMEDIATELY<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff; color: #000000;\">PATERIA CHAAT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1st layer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make a spicy potato like aaloo paratha filling..<\/p>\n<p><strong>2nd:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make a salsa with tomato, onion and cucumber, spice with chillies and little salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>3rd:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle some fried samoosa pur<\/p>\n<p><strong>4th<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Layer some fried pateria soaked in a little aamli sauce, roast some chick peas in a pan with salt and a little chillies.. Sprinkle over<\/p>\n<p><strong>5th:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix yoghurt with chaat masala and dollop some over<\/p>\n<p><strong>6th<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add more pur<\/p>\n<p><strong>7th<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds and chopped dhania<\/p>\n<p><strong>8th<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour over a good helping of aamli sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAMOOSA CHAAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Fried Potato Samosas<\/p>\n<p>1 can chick peas<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon Chaat Masala<\/p>\n<p>1 small Red &amp; white onion finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Fresh chopped coriander<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon rough red chillies<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon Greek yogurt<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoon green chutney<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoon Amli chutney<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Briefly stir fry chopped white onion, chick peas, and 2 table spoon amli sauce, 1 tablespoon green chutney, and chaat masala, salt and red chillies for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Take your fried potato samoosa and break it up in large chunks.<\/p>\n<p>Take your preferred bowl, add broken samoosa, stir fried chickpeas, remainder amli sauce and green chutney, add 1 table soon of Greek yogurt, green coriander, chopped up red onion and scatter with pomegranate seeds<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>it\u2019s to heart sore to break up the samoosas.. So much effort in folding samoosas\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Made potato filling:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 potatoes cut in cubes<\/p>\n<p>Braise 2 or 3 curry leaves with mustard seeds in ghee&#8230; allow to crispen and remove. Leave the ghee.<\/p>\n<p>In same pan braise 1 tsp ground garlic and potatoes, Arad and 2 red chillies cut up. Add more ghee if u want. Cover and allow cooking till soft but do not add water.<\/p>\n<p>When done, crush curry leaves into potato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<u>BHEL PURI SALAD<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>In a dish mix the following:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Half a Cucumber (Cubed)<\/p>\n<p>Half a Red Pepper (Cubed)<\/p>\n<p>1 Red Onion (Diced)<\/p>\n<p>Spring Onions (Diced)<\/p>\n<p>1 Small Pineapple (Cubed)<\/p>\n<p>1 Tin Chickpea&#8217;s (Drained)<\/p>\n<p>2 Boiled Potatoes (Cubed)<\/p>\n<p>Add salt and dried crushed red chilies to the above ingredients and mix well&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In a dish add a layer of lettuce then place the above mixture, sprinkle cubes of soft Feta Cheese and then pour the Aamli Dressing over, add dollops of Plain Yoghurt, garnish with Sev,Fried Strips of Samoosa Pur and freshly chopped Dhania&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aamli Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoons Aamli<\/p>\n<p>4 Tablespoons Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1 Teaspoon Dried Red Chillies<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoons Honey<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon Sugar<\/p>\n<p>2 Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PANI PURI CHAAT COURTESY SUNNYSIDE CLASSICS.
