font-size: 12pt;\">Oil<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon green chilli paste <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon garlic <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 jalapenos slit in the middle <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 bottle JoJo\u2019s bursting jalape\u00f1o sauce <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup crystal sauce <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 to 3 cups grated Gouda cheese <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup mozzarella cheese <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup chopped spring onion <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Handful finely chopped dhania (coriander)<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">METHOD<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Add a good amount of oil in the pot followed by the green chillies and garlic, let this saut\u00e9 until you can smell the flavor, add in the slit jalapenos and the chicken mince using a big dishing out spoon start separating and mixing the mince, add salt and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Add in the sauces and cook on low until all the sauce has sunk into the mince and the mince should be completely dry, let this cool down until completely add the cheese, spring onion and dhania (coriander), give it a good mix.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">This is ready to be filled.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 kg mince plus cheese should fill approximately 10 to 12 dozen SAMOOSAs depending on the size of your <\/span>pur<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">CHEESE AND CORN SAMOOSA RECIPE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg onions chopped <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp crushed green chillies <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Braise in <\/span>the pot<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> with butter \/ghee<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp garlic <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">When onions are clear in <\/span>color<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> add in \u00bd kg frozen sweetcorn<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp fine salt <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp black pepper <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 tsp crushed <\/span>jeero<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Pinch of Arad<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cook until corn is done, and water burns out <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Leave to cool completely <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">When cold add in your cubed cheese (500grams cheese)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Mix well. Before filling samoosas add in \u00bc cup <\/span>mazeina<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> n coat well. Add chopped Dhania. <\/span>Mix<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> is now ready for filling.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">TIPS FOR CHEESE SAMOOSAS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">So no more cheese coming out<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Use cheddar and mozzarella cheese <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Try to cube <\/span>instead<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> of grating it. If possible&#8230;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Squeeze all the water out from the onion and corn<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add 2\/3 tablespoons of flour to yr grated cheese and onion as well as a <\/span>pkt<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> or two crushed lays <\/span>chips ,<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> use <\/span>spring<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> cheese and cheese n onion Simba &#8211; small <\/span>pkts<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Pulse the corn because if you leave it whole then it&#8217;s the same concept as making popcorn. <\/span>They<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> whole corn kernels pop in the samosa and cause it to burst. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Also found with moons, spring rolls and especially cheese and corn samosas, take them out in the morning and spread on a tray\/dinner plate lined with paper towel.
