Warm ghee, add chicken and cook till done. Serve with veggies like baby carrots, marrows, mushrooms and baby potatoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">CHICKEN ALA KIEV<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd kg chicken fillet<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"> \u00bd tsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Butter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Slice chicken fillet in half butterfly way, tenderize it with a mallet on both sides. Lay flat on table and sprinkle salt, pepper, dry dhana on 1 side, put a piece of butter on the edge of the fillet, roll fillet tightly like a swiss roll, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, leave it in the fridge for half a day and fry in shallow oil till done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">HOOWA SOOKH MOOKH<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">250gr hoowa, cleaned and sifted<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">100gr badaam (sliced)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp khus khus<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tblsp tal<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tblsp coconut<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Roast everything together in the oven on low heat, combine all the ingredients in a dish and mix well, store in an airtight container, eat approx 2 tsp after meals<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup chopped pista<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup honey<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tblsp khus khus<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp aharyo<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp saffron<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp ground elachi<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp ground nutmeg<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Heat ghee, add ginger and braise for 2 minutes, add coconut and ghor and stir until ghor is melted, add nuts honey, khus khus and aharyo, braise well on a low heat, lastly add spices.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">*more coconut and nuts can be added if desired<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">MOONG DAL VEGETABLE KHICHRI<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">This dish is rich in protein, carbohydrates, folic acid and fibre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients: <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 1 cup rice<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 1 cup split yellow gram<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 3 \u00bd cups filtered water<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 \u00bd cup fine chopped or grated bottle gourd<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 \u00bd cup fine chopped or grated carrot<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 \u00bd tsp cumin seeds<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; Wash the rice and dal well. Mix and soak in water for about 20 minutes. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee and add cumin seeds. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3. When cumin seeds crackle, add asafoetida, bay leaf, peppercorns and cloves. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4. Add chopped\/grated bottle gourd and carrot. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5. Saut\u00e9 the vegetables for a few minutes. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">6. Now add rice, dal, turmeric powder and salt. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">7. Mix for about a minute or two. Add water to the mixture. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">8. Cook the khichri. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">9.
