Cook in a POT until tender. Add more water if necessary until done. Use the sauce of the marinade to moisten the meat while cooking. font-size: 12pt;\">black pepper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">lemon pepper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Place in pot in oven @ 180 for an hour turning every 20mins basting with the juices n gravy<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">MUTTON LEG ROAST RECIPE<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 leg washed and drained<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">125g butter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup fried onions crushed<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc cup raw onions grated<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp saffron<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">a little egg yellow colouring<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp crushed garlic<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp ginger garlic masala<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp crushed green chillies<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp dhania powder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp jeero powder<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp crushed red chillies<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp lemon pepper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp thyme \u2013 fresh or dry<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">juice of a lemon<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">salt to taste<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">any sauces of choice\u2026.. tomatoe sauce, machachos sauce, steers garlic sauce etc\u2026<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">mix all the above ingredients together to make a paste.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">pierce the leg mutton in many places, and marinate making sure the whole leg is covered with marination. allow to marinate overnight or longer, then cook on a low oven till done. serve with vegetables.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Bbq Rump Steak (Raeesa Meer)<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate steak in:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ginger garlic <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Gorimas steak and chops spice <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Few tblsp spur BBQ basting <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp aminahs steak and chops marinade <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Red chilies <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Then heat butter and sear steak on both sides. Lower heat, add water and let steak cook on low till tender.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">When it&#8217;s done, transfer steak with the sauces it cooked in to a oven dish, and top with slow cooked onions. Then bake in oven for 30 mins till heated through.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Onions:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">One or two onions (depending on amount of steak)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Slice onions fine <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Fry in a tblsp of butter and a tblsp of oil<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Reduce heat and slow cook for about 20 mins till soft.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Remove from heat and sprinkle a little Worcester sauce. font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblps vinegar<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp lemon pepper <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 1\u20442 teaspoon dhana powder \/ crushes dhana <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\u20442 teaspoon whole jeera seeds <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
