font-size: 12pt;\">4 cloves of garlic. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 Tsp paparika<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 Tsp ground cumin <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup olive oil <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1kg beef fillets <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt and pepper milled. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Combine chilies, garlic and olive oil to create a thin paste. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Coat the beef with the thin paste and marinate for 20 min, the longer the better.. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Heat a griddle pan over high heat, grill the fillets for 3-4 minutes turning regular do not over cook. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Remove from heat and allow it to rest before serving.<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salsa<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 small Ripe papaya <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Peeled and diced. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2cm knob ginger grated <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 red Chilli deseeded and chopped. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cucumber diced. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tsp Sugar <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
