Samsung South Africa has announced that its much-anticipated foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Fold will be available in South Africa from 18 October.<\/p>\n
CEO Sung Yoon made the announcement at the Power of 10 celebration in Sandton on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Yoon says South Africa is among the first countries in the world to receive the foldable smartphone.<\/p>\n
\u201cDJ Koh, our global CEO, he loves South Africa so much too. That\u2019s why he agreed to send us the first Galaxy Fold pre-launch batch now, which means they will arrive on Monday.<\/p>\n
The Galaxy Fold which is expected to retail for about R 43,999 is available for pre-order and will ship to customers on 18 October.<\/p>\n
