Place in the center of a plate&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>mix together 1 cup mixed nuts (chop some fine and keep some whole).<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup cranberries<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup orange marmalade<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup golden syrup and a dash of honey&#8230;. mix all together pour over<\/p>\n<p>Kiri cheese block. (poke holes so it seeps through the cheese)<\/p>\n<p>serve with a range of crackers and bread sticks<\/p>\n<p>I assembled mine just b4 serving so crackers don\u2019t soften, but if u<\/p>\n<p>serve on a board it will be fine if u do it b4<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIPS TO MAKE UP A CHEESE BOARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>choose the type of cheese you want to use. 4 to 6 types of cheese.<\/p>\n<p>different types of crackers. there so many varieties that u can use.<\/p>\n<p>fresh or dried fruit. lots of fruit now in season as its summer a variety of toasted nuts<\/p>\n<p>condiments like honey jam chutney etc. a nice wooden board\u2026<\/p>\n<p>best to make up a few minutes before u serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COURTESY: MYCOOKBOOK 1 block Kiri cheese softened.
