Or if using a flatbread, spread the yoghurt over the flatbread.<br \/>\nStep 2 &#8211; Fried Eggs<br \/>\n1-2 extra large eggs<br \/>\n1 -2 T ghee\/coconut oil\/ butter\/ olive oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Fry your eggs (1-2 per person) in your choice of ghee \/coconut oil\/ butter\/olive oil until your desired liking.. most preferred are to cook until the edges are browned with a soft yolk. Place the eggs on top of the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3 &#8211; Paprika butter sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Tblsp ghee<br \/>\nA pinch of red chillie flakes (optional)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 full tsp pistachio dukkah<\/p>\n<p>Heat 1 butter\/ghee Add in the paprika, a pinch of red chilli flakes and dukkah.\u00a0Also to sizzle a for a little and drizzle over your eggs.\u00a0Top with some fresh dukkah, lemon zest, dried chili flakes and spinach.<\/p>\n<p>Note- if you&#8217;re serving on a naan or a sourdough bread, lightly toast the bread and once cooled, spread the yoghurt on top. You can make one large naan or use mini naans and make individual ones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUKKAH IS..<\/strong> Duqqa, du&#8217;ah, do&#8217;a, or dukkah is an Egyptian condiment consisting of a mixture of herbs, nuts , and spices.
