flour<br \/>\n1 cup klim<br \/>\n4 tsps baking powder<br \/>\n1 tspn salt<br \/>\n1 tspn ground elachi<br \/>\nMix well<br \/>\nAdd 1\/2 pound butter to flour mixture,mix well until crumbs<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl,beat :<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 cup brown sugar<br \/>\n1 cup fresh cream<br \/>\n1 tspn rose water<\/p>\n<p>Add above mixture to flour mixture<\/p>\n<p>Mix well<br \/>\nPat dough in greased oven tray until level<br \/>\nLightly pat coloured badaam onto dough,preferably tiny cubed badaam,so cutting can be neat<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s very sticky,which is normal<br \/>\nBake at 130\u00b0 on the middle oven rack for 1 hour 15 mins,then slice and gently turn each Rusk and bake at 120\u00b0 for another 1 hour<br \/>\nThen leave in oven on 80\u00b0 for approximately 8 hours<br \/>\nAllow to cool overnight in the oven<\/p>\n<p><strong>JUNK BISCUIT<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>COURTESY @ZAHEERA -B<\/strong><br \/>\n250 Gr soft margerine<br \/>\nOne cup castor sugar<br \/>\nBeat till white n fluffy add in a pinch of salt n 2 eggs beat well<br \/>\nNow add in any chocolate of your choice grated or chopped<br \/>\nHandful Nuts<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup Coconut<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of Any cereal crushed cornflakes flakes or all bran<br \/>\n1\/2 cup oats<\/p>\n<p>Mix in nicely<br \/>\nAdd in enough flour to make a soft dough<br \/>\nGrate the dough through the big holes of your grater<br \/>\nMake like small mounds catching the dough together placing on a tray<br \/>\nOr u can make any shape or roll balls n flatten with fork&#8230;<br \/>\nBake till done<br \/>\nCool<br cut into 4 pieces and 1 of those pieces<br \/>\n1 \u00bc cups castor sugar<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla essence<br \/>\n2 \u00bd cups flour<br \/>\n3 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bc cup yoghurt or maas<br \/>\n\u00be cup milk<br \/>\n<strong>METHOD<\/strong><br \/>\nCream butter and sugar till creamy<br \/>\nBeat 1 egg at a time<br \/>\nAdd vanilla essence<br \/>\nSift the dry ingredients 3 times<br \/>\nMix the yoghurt and milk together<br \/>\nAlternate the flour and milk after each addition<br \/>\nDo not over beat<br \/>\nBake at 180 degrees for 15
