Add the oil, throw in the garlic and the onions and wait for the onions brown abit. Add in the fresh chilli you cut up and mix it with onions and garlic. Add veggies. After few minutes, Add in the chicken strips. Then continue to stir all the ingredients above and add in the crushed chillies and pepper. Add in the soya sauce. On a separate pot cook the noodles as instructed on the pack but only for one minute. When the time is up, drain and add immediately to the wok and stir in amongst the other ingredients. Add in the peppers and Continue to stir all the ingredients so that all the ingredients are covered in soy sauce. Let the noodles mix with the chicken and cook on low for a few minutes and then serve immediately! Top with chopped cashews and shallots.<\/p>\n<p>NB..
