Stir fry the chicken untill its cooked. Remove and set aside. Add a little more oil into the wok<br \/>\nStirfry all the veggies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add in all the sauces<\/strong><br \/>\n2 tablespoon shezwan sauce<br \/>\n2 teaspoon soya sauce.<br \/>\n2 tablespoons tomatoe sauce<br \/>\n2 tableapoons sweet chillie sauce<\/p>\n<p>Stir fry quickly keep the veggies crisp. Add in the cooked chicken and toss everything together. Serve immediately<br \/>\nI served mine with garlic bread.<\/p>\n<p>SHEZWAN SAUCE<br \/>\n150g Regular Chillies<br \/>\n50g Kashmiri Chillies<\/p>\n<p>I only used the regular chillies,didn\u2019t have Kashmiri Chillies. Remove some seeds if you don\u2019t like it too hot. Wash the chillies well. Soak in water soak 2\/3hrs. Boil in the same water for 5 minutes and keep pressing it down.\u00a0 Cover and cook for 5 minutes<br \/>\nMake sure its soft and tender. Switch off the stove and leave it to rest. Blend untill it becomes a smooth paste Heat 5 tablespoon oil. add 1\/2 cup crushed garlic 4 to 5 tablespoon of ginger braise for 2\/3 minutes to remove the raw smell<br \/>\nadd the chillie puree Add 2\/3 tablespoon of the chillie water that is left behind Cook for 5\/7 min covered. Remove the lid check if the oil has risen to the top of the sauce.<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of salt<br \/>\n3 tablespoon of tomatoe sauce<br \/>\n2 teaspoon Soy sauce<br \/>\n3 tablespoon viniger<br \/>\nCook 3 minutes.
