1 packet of store-bought wafers in chocolate flavour
\n1 slab of Cadbury chocolate
\na few blocks of baking chocolate (this will allow the chocolate to harden)
\nMarshmallow fluff (recipe below)
\nMarshmallow Fluff
\n1 1\/4 cups of caster sugar
\n3 egg whites, at room temperature
\n1\/4 cup of water
\n1\/4 tsp cream of tartar
\n1 1\/2 teaspoon vanilla<\/p>\n
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together the sugar, egg whites, water and cream of tartar. Set the bowl over a pan of barely simmering water and whisk until sugar is dissolved and the mixture reaches 160 degrees F on a thermometer. Transfer the bowl to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and beat on high speed until the frosting form stiff peaks, about 12 to 16 minutes. Add the vanilla essance and beat until combined. Temper chocolate and add 1 tab of oil. Make sure chocolate has cooled down a bit before coating, as hot melted chocolate will melt the marshmallows filling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
