Boil and have at iftaar time.<\/p>\n<p>1. Fry kajoor in ghee and add some till.<br \/>2. Heartburn: suck on sugar lumps.<br \/>3. Zam zam water helps to remove toxins from the body.<br \/>4. Break your fast with dates.<br \/>5. Nutritional milk drink: 1 litre milk, 2 bananas, vanilla ice-cream or even custard can de used. Liquidize and drink.<br \/>6. Watermelon removes toxins from the body.<br \/>7. Dehydration: 1 litre water, 1 tsp honey, &frac14; tsp rough salt. Mix and drink during taraweeh prayers.<br \/>8. A tblsp of olive oil helps with the dehydration of the skin.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>9. Refreshing drink: I tsp saumf, a few mint leaves and 2 cinnamon sticks. Boil in I cup water until it becomes half. Strain and drink. This drink is useful for digestion and circulation.<br \/>10. Nutritious drink: 1 green apple, 1 carrot, a few lettuce leaves, 2 stalks celery, a hand full of parsley leaves and any fruit of choice. Liquidize with 1 tsp of kulunji seeds and water. Have at sehri time.<br \/>11. When making bhajias add some ajmo to the batter.<br \/>12. Haleem is a good source of energy in Ramadan and so are dates.<br \/>13. Bake your samoosas in the oven, brush some oil over it.<br \/>14. Yoghurt is also excellent in Ramadan, and it helps relief the burning sensation in the stomach.<br \/>15. Health drink: 1 glass milk, 3 dates, 1 tsp olive oil, some rose water, an egg yolk, 1 banana, and some elachi.
