Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from pot<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sauce: in the same pot, add the following:..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tblsp olive oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp diced ginger<\/p>\n<p>1 tbblps Thai Red Curry Paste<\/p>\n<p>1 tblsp soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd diced white onion<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp diced garlic<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup water<\/p>\n<p>1 tblsp lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>1 tin coconut milk<\/p>\n<p>Pinch of turmeric<\/p>\n<p>Small handful of cherry tomatoes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garnish:<\/strong> 1 tblsp torn basil and chopped coriander\/dhania<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Thereafter add curry paste and fry for another minute. Add water, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, salt, coconut milk, turmeric\/arad, cherry tomatoes. Keep the herbs aside.
