{"id":417,"date":"2009-08-26T09:08:11","date_gmt":"2009-08-26T07:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2009\/08\/26\/healthy-ramadaan-drinks\/"},"modified":"2009-08-26T09:08:11","modified_gmt":"2009-08-26T07:08:11","slug":"healthy-ramadaan-drinks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/healthy-ramadaan-drinks\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthy Ramadaan drinks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-size: 12px\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TEA FOR IFTAAR<\/p>\n<p>Take 1 litre of water and add 1 teabag, <br \/>a clove, cinnamon, <br \/>elachi and some mint leaves. <br \/>Boil and have at iftaar time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NUTRITIONAL MILK DRINK<\/p>\n<p>1 litre milk,<br \/>2 bananas, <br \/>vanilla ice-cream or even custard can be used. <br \/>Liquidize and drink.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>REFRESHING DRINK.<\/p>\n<p>I tsp saumf, <br \/>a few mint leaves and <br \/>2 cinnamon sticks.<br \/>&nbsp;Boil in I cup water until it becomes half. <br \/>Strain and drink. <br \/>This drink is useful for digestion and circulation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>HEALTH DRINK.<\/p>\n<p>1 glass milk, 3 dates, <br \/>1 tsp olive oil, some rose water, <br \/>an egg yolk, <br \/>1 banana, and some elachi. <\/p>\n<p>Liquidize and drink at sehri time.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;BANANA SMOOTHIE<\/p>\n<p>250ml fat free or low fat milk<br \/>1 cup bran flakes cereal<br \/>125ml liqui fruit or ceres apricot juice<br \/>1 banana peeled<\/p>\n<p>Blend together in a blender.
