soft butter<br \/>\n\u2022 3 cups cake flour<br \/>\n\u2022 4 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cup milk<br \/>\n\u2022 1 \u00bc cup sugar<br \/>\n\u2022 4 eggs<br \/>\n\u2022 a pinch of salt<br \/>\n\u2022 1 tsp vanilla essence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<br \/>\n1. mix all the ingredients together for 10 \u2013 15 minutes<br \/>\n2. pour cake mixture into a greased baking pan of choice and bake @180c until done<br \/>\nicing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bc 1b butter<br \/>\n\u2022 1 cup icing sugar<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tsp hot water<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tsp milk<br \/>\n\u2022 2 tsp vanilla essence<br \/>\n\u2022 little red colouring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<br \/>\nmix all the ingredients together<br \/>\nspread icing over cake<br \/>\nsprinkle coconut on top of
