These simple Ayurvedic home remedies help you to attain a clear, healthy and glowing complexion. Ayurveda mentions many simple natural ways to maintain a healthy and glowing skin. Using these natural ways one can stay beautiful for a longer period without having to suffer the side effects of the chemicals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Below are some simple secrets to achieve a naturally beautiful skin.<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Mix equal quantities of cucumber juice, rose water and lime juice. Wash the face and d apply it <br \/>&nbsp; overnight. Rinse off in the morning. This clears the complexion and keeps it healthy.<br \/>&bull; Take 50ml of raw milk and mix a pinch of salt and 2 tsp of lime juice in it. Use it as a cleansing lotion. It <br \/>&nbsp; helps to clean the deep pores of skin.<br \/>&bull; Mix equal quantities of lime juice, glycerin and rose water. This lotion if applied to the face regularly at <br \/>&nbsp; bedtime is very useful in removing pimples, blackheads and other stains of the skin. It makes the skin <\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-size: 12px\">&nbsp; soft, and can also be applied to other parts of the body.<br \/>&bull; Take 50ml of tomato juice with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to the face. Ti helps to make <br \/>&nbsp; the skin soft and glowing.<br \/>&bull; Take equal quantities of turmeric powder &ndash; arad and wheat flour and make a paste with sesame oil &ndash; till <br \/>&nbsp; oil. Apply it to the face to remove unwanted hair.<br \/>&bull; Apply orange juice to the face for smooth and soft skin.<br \/>&bull; Take 30ml of cabbage juice and mix 1 tsp of honey in it. This mixture, if applied regularly to the face, <br \/>&nbsp; helps to keep the wrinkles away.<br \/>&bull; Make a paste of raw carrots and apply it to the face. Wash it after 1 hour. The skin will become <br \/>&nbsp; glowing.<br \/>&bull; Regular application of mint juice to the face helps to remove stains.<br \/>&bull; A frequent application of a combination of a tblsp of lime juice and a pinch of cinnamon powder, on the <br \/>&nbsp; affected spot removes pimples.<br \/>&bull; To improve complexion, add a pinch of cinnamon powder to &frac12; tsp honey and apply on the face every <br \/>&nbsp; night.<br \/>&bull; To cure pimples, grind equal quantities of nutmeg, black pepper and sandal wood paste and apply <br \/>&nbsp; frequently.<br \/>&bull; To remove facial wrinkle, soak shredded ginger in honey and eat a spoonful every morning.<br \/>&bull; Baggy eyes: use unscented castor oil around bags of eyes.<br \/>&bull; Dark circle around the eyes: a} &frac12; tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp tomato juice, pinch of arad and 1 tsp flour. Mix <br \/>&nbsp; together into a paste and apply.<br \/>&bull; Grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it. Apply this milk over your lips and face. It adds grace and <br \/>&nbsp; glow to your skin.<br \/>&bull; Cleansing the skin: dip a piece of cotton wool in unboiled milk and wipe on the face with it. It also <br \/>&nbsp; cleans unseen dirt and goes down to pores.<br \/>&bull; Skin moisturizer: for normal skin mix 1 tbslp orange juice and 1 tblsp lemon juice in a cup of yoghurt, to <br \/>&nbsp; make a paste. Apply it on face as a mask and keep it on for 15 minutes. Then clean it off with a wet <br \/>&nbsp; tissue. This mask enhances the complexion and glow of the face. For dry skin a mixture of cooked <\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-size: 12px\">&nbsp; oatmeal and honey when applied on face act as a very good moisturizer and cleanser.<br \/>&bull; Preventing wrinkles: application of pure castor oil prevents wrinkles and softens the skin. This slows <br \/>&nbsp; down the aging process.<br \/>&bull; Removing skin pigmentation and marks: rubbing a raw potato on the face removes marks.<br \/>&bull; Slice an apple into thin slices. Place these on the face and leave for 15 minutes.
