Make a potato filling of choice.
\nUnroll Todays Pastry and roll out into a rectangle.
\nBrush ghee\/oil mixture
\nRoll up into a swill roll
\nCut into circles.
\nRoll each circle out and brush with egg.
\nPut potato filling on one circle and cover with another circle.
\nNOW FREEZER SUITABLE.<\/p>\n
