Make soft dough with the milk and water. Cover with cling wrap and leave dough for 1hour. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll dough into a thick triangle shape. Heat a non stick tava, brush with ghee and cook naan one at a time on both sides. When naan is cooked, brush with garlic butter and wrap in a kitchen cloth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAVOURY TAWA NAAN<\/strong><br \/>\n1) 2 cups flour<br \/>\n2) Salt<br \/>\n3) 1 tsp Yeast<br \/>\n4) 1 tbsp Coriander\/dhania (chopped)<br \/>\n5) 1 green chilli (chopped)<br \/>\n6) 2 tbsp Oil<br \/>\n7) 1\/4 tsp baking powder<br \/>\nMake with either milk or sourmilk.<br \/>\nrest the dough for 2 hrs then make as rotis&#8230;<br \/>\nsmear butter on tava or after removing it&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><strong>TAWA NAAN,<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups flour<br \/>\n1 tsp salt,<br \/>\n4tsp Baking Powder,<br \/>\n4tblsp oil.<br \/>\nSour Milk to make dough. Leave to stand for 15 min.
