Apply potato juice on the skin, leave it and wash it off after it dries.<\/p>\n<p>Potato cleansing mask:<br \/>Mix potato juice, lemon juice, oatmeal and fuller&#39;s earth and apply it on the face. It is an excellent cleansing mask. It also tightens the skin and reduces pores.<\/p>\n<p>Honey:<\/p>\n<p>Honey is a wonderful moisturizer and is especially great for dry skin.<br \/>Mix honey with raw milk and apply it to the face and wash it off after it dries.<\/p>\n<p>Mix honey with lemon juice and apply it to the face to lighten the skin colour.<\/p>\n<p>For oily skin, mix a tsp of honey with an egg white and apply on the face and neck, wash it off after 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Salt:<\/p>\n<p>Wash your face in warm water to which a little salt is added. It makes you feel fresh.<\/p>\n<p>Add 2 tbsp of salt in a tub of water and bathe in that water to remain fresh.<\/p>\n<p>Salt is also used as a scrub. Massage with a handful of salt on to wet skin after a shower. It will make skin smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Soak feet in warm water to which a little rock salt is added. It removes dead cells.<\/p>\n<p>Apricot:<\/p>\n<p>Apricot anti aging pack:<br \/>Massaging face with apricot kernel oil moisturizes the skin and slows down the aging process.<\/p>\n<p>Apricot fruit is a laxative and is used to cure constipation.<\/p>\n<p>Mashed apricot applied on the face brightens the skin.<\/p>\n<p>Warm apricot kernel oil and massage into your scalp. It is a good hair<br \/>conditioner.<\/p>\n<p>Oatmeal:<\/p>\n<p>Oatmeal cleansing mask:<br \/>It is an excellent cleanser. It removes the dirt and softens the skin. Mix it with raw milk and a few drops of honey and use it as a pack.<\/p>\n<p>Oatmeal anti-wrinkle pack:<br \/>Mix oatmeal with a little curd, honey, egg white and almond paste to prevent wrinkles.<\/p>\n<p>Oatmeal exfoliating mask:<br \/>Mix oatmeal with a little warm water and make it into a paste. Apply it on the face and wash it after it dries with warm water.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon:<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Hair Mask:<br \/>Beat an egg and mix juice of 1 lemon and apply to the scalp. Wash it off after 20 minutes to stop hair fall.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon anti-tan pack:<br \/>Lemon is natural bleach. Mix 1 tsp of curd with a few drops of lemon juice and apply it to the face to lighten and bleach skin.<\/p>\n<p>Fenugreek:<\/p>\n<p>Soak 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind it in the morning and apply to the scalp .Wash after half an hour. This hair pack prevents dandruff and stops hair fall. It also makes the hair soft and silky.<\/p>\n<p>Soak half a tsp of fenugreek seeds overnight in a glass of water and drink that water and chew the seeds in the morning on an empty stomach. It promotes hair growth. It has cooling properties. However people with sinus problems should avoid this.<\/p>\n<p>Nutmeg:<\/p>\n<p>Apply paste of nutmeg to cure pimples<\/p>\n<p>Egg:<\/p>\n<p>Egg conditioner pack:<br \/>Egg nourishes your hair because of the protein in it .Beat and egg well and apply it to the scalp and wash it off with herbal shampoo for silky hair.<\/p>\n<p>Mix gooseberry powder, henna powder, egg white and apply to the scalp, wash it after half an hour with herbal shampoo. Do this every week for good hair growth.<\/p>\n<p>Egg for fine lines below the eyes:<br \/>Apply a little egg white and wash it off after it dries with cold water to get rid of fine lines below the eyes. Apply every alternate day and you will see good results within a month.<\/p>\n<p>Egg skin toning recipe:<br \/>Mix egg white with green gram flour and milk and apply to the face and scrub it off. This recipe tones and tightens the skin and also reduces<br \/>blemishes.<\/p>\n<p>AVOCADO<\/p>\n<p>Miracle for Puffy Eyes<br \/>this works so well it&rsquo;s almost scary. Just slice a peeled avocado half into quarter-inch crescent-shapes. Lie down with a few slices under each eye and rest for around 20 minutes. You&rsquo;ll love the results!<\/p>\n<p>Easiest Facial Mask ever<br \/>just mashes half an avocado and spread evenly on your clean face. Allow to remain for 15 minutes, and then rinse off with warm water. This is best for dry skin types.<\/p>\n<p>Appealing Moisturizer<br \/>Turns out we&rsquo;ve been throwing away (or composting) a valuable part of the avocado!! You can use the inside of the peel as a fabulous humectants and oil-rich moisturizer. Just lightly apply the inside of the peel to your clean face, using gentle upward strokes. You can<br \/>leave the oil on your face all night or rinse after 15 minutes. Makes a great foundation for your foundation or powder!<\/p>\n<p>Oily-Skin Masque<br \/>In a small bowl, thoroughly mash and combine:<br \/>1\/2 avocado<br \/>1 teaspoon lemon juice<br \/>1 egg white<\/p>\n<p>Apply evenly to a clean face and allow to remain 20 minutes, and then rinse with warm water and a cloth. Follow with an astringent, if you like.<\/p>\n<p>OLIVE OIL.<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil is one of those magical substances that are good for almost everything&#8211;your diet, your skin, your hands and nails, and your hair. Prized for its cosmetic uses since ancient times, olive oil is relatively inexpensive and can be purchased in most grocery stores.<\/p>\n<p>Cuticles and Nails<\/p>\n<p>For ragged cuticles and brittle nails, soak your nails in a small bowl of warm olive oil (add a squeeze of lemon for a nicer scent). A few minutes&#39; dunking can help brittle nails become more resilient and soften cuticles so you can safely push them back.<\/p>\n<p>Hands<\/p>\n<p>To soften your hands, smooth on a generous amount of olive oil before bed, put on white cotton gloves, and sleep with them on.<\/p>\n<p>Lips<\/p>\n<p>Dab a little olive oil on dry and chapped lips.<\/p>\n<p>Face<\/p>\n<p>Whenever your face needs softening and moisturizing, massage a small amount of olive oil into your skin, applying extra oil to rough or<br \/>cracked areas.<\/p>\n<p>Body<\/p>\n<p>Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to your bath water to soften skin. Essential oils, such as lavender or jasmine will provide a touch of fragrance to your soak.<\/p>\n<p>Shaving Cream<br \/>Men with sensitive skin can use olive oil as a shaving cream.<\/p>\n<p>Feet<\/p>\n<p>To heal dry feet, rub them with olive oil, then put on a pair of socks at bedtime and leave them on overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Makeup remover<\/p>\n<p>Dab a little olive oil on a cotton swab or tissue to remove makeup.
