Take advantage of this &quot;miracle food&quot; to care for your body inside and out. Everybody deserves a time out for a quick makeover to boost self-esteem and relax.<\/p>\n<p>Studies that have been done on the effects of probiotics on skin care have found benefits from these substances when they were used internally as well as topically. For maximum skin care benefits, you can eat your yogurt and wear it as a mask as well! By consuming the probiotics in your food, you can boost the healthy bacteria in your gut, which will help your body to maintain a healthy balance and process nutrients most effectively. Apply and leave for 15 minutes, then wash off with water.<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt Skin Care Mask<\/p>\n<p>Mix together 1 egg white, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp fuller&#39;s earth (multani mitti) and 1 tsp honey. Apply on face and neck for cleansing, toning, moisturizing and nourishing benefits all in one!<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt Skin Care for Dry Weather<\/p>\n<p>Mix 1\/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp fresh lime juice. Apply on the face for five to 10 minutes, and then rinse off with warm water. <\/p>\n<p>The Yogurt Mask: Two Steps toward Healthier Skin before applying the facial mask gently exfoliate the skin using a mild exfoliating scrub or a harsh wash cloth and lukewarm water. Clean your face with a gentle Cleanser. Cover your face with this creamy mask. <\/p>\n<p>This will rejuvenate your skin as it moistens. Leave the mask on for approximately 15-20 minutes for best results. Rinse with water. Follow with your favourite Moisturizer.<\/p>\n<p>Follow these healthy tried and tested tips:<\/p>\n<p>If you have blemishes, slathering yoghurt on your face every day will help clear your skin, thanks its rich zinc content. Avoid the flavored varieties, and apply yoghurt only after you&rsquo;ve removed all make-up. <br \/>Stop pimples in their tracks by mixing some brewers yeast with plain yoghurt and apply it to your face.
