red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric\/arad powder<br \/>\n2 tblsp white vinegar<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger garlic masala<br \/>\n2 tsp green chilli paste<br \/>\n2 tsp ground coriander\/dhania<br \/>\n1 tsp crushed cumin\/jeera<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n\u00bd cup hot water<br \/>\n1 small soft tomatoe. grated<br \/>\n1 tblsp tomato puree<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tblsp lemon juice<br \/>\nspice for bhinda<br \/>\n1 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n2 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n2 tsp ground coriander<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp crused green chilli<br \/>\n1 tsp crushed cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\ngarnish<br \/>\n2 tsp chopped green dhania<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Heat oil on low. add chiili powder, turmeric, vinegar, ginger garlic, green chilli paste, coriander, cumin and garam masala<br \/>\n\u2022 Add water and braise spices well until soft<br \/>\n\u2022 Add tomatoe and puree, cook until tomatoes have been reduced<br \/>\n\u2022 Add chicken strips, salt and lemon juice.stir fry uncovered for approximately 10 minutes until cooked<br \/>\n\u2022 Remove from heat set aside<br \/>\n\u2022 Wipe bhinda clean with paper towel and cut into strips.add chilli powder turmeric, coriander, chilli, cumin and salt<br \/>\n\u2022 Heat oil in a kadai\/wok and stir fry bhinda until tender but firm and well coated with spices<br \/>\n\u2022 Add bhinda to chicken and mix well<br \/>\n\u2022 Remove from heat and garnish with green coriander<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: do not overcook bhinda as it becomes
