You can use the inside of the peel as a fabulous humectants and oil-rich moisturizer. Just lightly apply the inside of the peel to your clean face, using gentle upward strokes. You can leave the oil on your face all night or rinse after 15 minutes. Makes a great foundation for your foundation or powder!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Oily-Skin Masque<br \/> In a small bowl, thoroughly mash and combine: <br \/> 1\/2 avocado<br \/> 1 teaspoon lemon juice<br \/> 1 egg white <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Apply evenly to a clean face and allow remaining on for 20 minutes, and then rinsing with warm water and a cloth. Take the flesh from the avocado and mash it with a fork in a bowl. Make the cleansing mask according to your skin type. For dry skin, add one teaspoon of honey in the avocado mash. For normal or oily skin, add one teaspoon of lemon juice in the avocado mash. Mix the mash thoroughly and stir it well. Apply it to your face and neck, and massage gently. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Simply take the avocado peel and gently massage your face with the inside of the avocado peel. Remember to use upward stokes while massaging. After massaging for 2 to 3 minutes, leave the oil on your skin for about 10 minutes. Wash your face with water and pat dry. For 20 minutes, just relax and feel the circulation of blood in your feet before rinsing it with cold water.<\/p>\n<p> Avocado also works on the dry and cracked and most used feet. What works on your feet will also work on your hands. And to make it more effective add some egg yolk to the avocado mixture to guarantee you with a moist skin. If you are a fan of sliced cucumbers, then you will also be a fan of avocado. By placing sliced avocado under your eyes, the puffiness of the eyes can be reduced and it will result to relaxed eyes.<\/p>\n<p> As for the finishing touches, avocado can compete with aloe Vera when it comes to moisturizing the heat-frazzled hair. Similar to the hand mixture, blend egg yolks and olive oil (1\/2 teaspoon) with avocado meat. Wait until you have an even and creamy texture. Then you are now ready to apply it to your hair as well as scalp. Make sure to cover every inch of your hair to maximize the treatment.
