dhania\/coriander<br \/>\nmethod<br \/>\n\u2022 sift dry ingredients together.<br \/>\n\u2022 add 3 tblsp oil to the flour and mix<br \/>\n\u2022 add chopped coriander.<br \/>\n\u2022 knead into a soft dough using hot water.<br \/>\n\u2022 divide into little balls and roll them like roties<br \/>\n\u2022 roast on a hot tawa until lightly freckled on both sides<br \/>\n\u2022 smear a tsp of oil over each roti<\/p>\n<p><strong>Variations:<\/strong><br \/>\nyou can omit the red chillie powder and add in some green chillies.<br \/>\nadd in some chopped methi bhajie..<br \/>\na mixture of ghee
