Mix everything together.<br \/>\n2. Form round balls with greased hands, the size of a golf ball.<br \/>\n3. Place in the fridge to firm up.<br \/>\n4. Heat a little oil in pot, place kebabs in and cook till browned all over and cooked through.<br \/>\n5. Leave aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce-<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Melt butter in a frying pan.<br \/>\n2. Add flour and whisk to form a smooth roux.<br \/>\n3. Add garlic and braise for a few seconds.<br \/>\n4. Add in spices and lemon juice, whisk in.<br \/>\n5. Pour in cream and whisk till smooth.<br \/>\n6. Bring sauce to a gentle boil and simmer till sauce thickens.<br \/>\n7. Switch off heat.<br \/>\n8. With a slotted spoon, remove kebabs from pot and place into sauce.<br \/>\n9. Allow to heat together.<br \/>\n10. Do not overcook sauce as it may split.<br \/>\n11. Warm the naan as instructed.<br \/>\n12.
