Since Generation X precedes them, they were initially labelled as Generation Y but later identified as \u2018millennials\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">While it may be tough to narrow down all the characteristics that millennials have, here are a few common ones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Used to change: Given the significant technological and economic transformations they have experienced, millennials are fully aware that things don\u2019t stay the same for too long, making them used to change.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Curious: Millennials are adamant about finding out information. Especially if there is a faster or better way of doing something, millennials want to know. This is a quality that makes them valuable employees.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Value collaboration: Millennials enjoy teamwork and cooperative environments, as they can listen to the views of others.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Welcome feedback: Millennials are open to feedback and recognize the value of constructive criticism and mentorship while appreciating recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">Understanding the generation that you belong to may not be able to dictate your personality or reveal your abilities.
