\nSUNNYSIDE CLASSICS
\n1 kg mince..steak or lamb..u can mix in some chicken mince if u like
\n4 egg yolks
\n4 slices bread
\n1 large onion
\nGround green chillies
\nSalt to taste..2 tsp..level or to taste
\n2 tsp baking powder
\nOptional..1 tsp ground garlic
\nChopped greens
\nProcess all this
\nKeep the egg whites aside
\nMake balls..nice big ones..to fit in your palm
\nDip in egg whites and fry in ghee or oil
\nOn low ..keep turning to get a good colour ..
\nPut in a foil lined casserole or tray
\nAdd blobs of butter over
\nDash of lemon juice
\nSteam in pre heated oven
\nServe with chips..or mash and sweetcorn
