Mix all ingredients  together.<br \/>2. Make into balls.<br \/>3. Pat each in palm.<br \/>4. Add a blob of  butter in the middle of the mince and then roll into a kebab.<br \/>5. Place in  oven tray.<br \/>6. Drizzle 4 tblsps of ghee and 4 tblsps of lemon juice in  tray.<br \/>7.
