{"id":7435,"date":"2007-08-28T03:45:57","date_gmt":"2007-08-28T01:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2007\/08\/28\/naan\/"},"modified":"2007-08-28T03:45:57","modified_gmt":"2007-08-28T01:45:57","slug":"naan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/naan\/","title":{"rendered":"Naan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" color=\"#0000ff\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: #000000\">Ingredients : <br \/>Mix together<br \/>4 cups flour sifted<br \/>1 tsp salt<br \/>1 pkt dry yeast (10g)<br \/>2 extra large eggs<br \/>&frac14; cup sugar <br \/>&frac14; cup oil<br \/>1 potato cube, boil and drain water<br \/>&frac12; cup cream (melaai cream of milk, or double thick fresh cream)<br \/>Enough lukewarm milk to make soft dough.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" color=\"#0000ff\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: #000000\"><br \/>Method :<br \/>Beat eggs and sugar well until light and fluffy.&nbsp; Add oil, still beating well.&nbsp; Liquidize potato. Then add this and the cream. Add the dry ingredients.&nbsp; Add warm milk to make a soft dough.<br \/>Leave to rise double in volume.&nbsp; Grease hands and form balls.
