Allow to stand in warm place till mixture becomes frothy. Sift flour, salt, rub in ghee and add yeast mixture. Make a nice soft dough with enough warm water and milk. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and allow to rise until double in size. Punch down and knead slightly. Divide dough into small balls. Roll out on floured board. Allow to rise. Braise in tawa. Marinate steak in above ingredients. Stir fry steak in oil. Stir fry onions and chillies in oil and butter. Add 2 teaspoons Soya sauce.
