Add eggs 1 by 1 &amp; beat very well. Mix all dry ingredients together &amp; sift. Add dry ingredients to oil&nbsp; sugar , egg mixture and beat well adding liquids&nbsp; until dough is of dropping consistency. Add vanilla essence. Heat a non stick pancake pour or baking pan and grease well before grilling till nice golden brown.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>To decorate:<br \/>Serve pecan nuts or almonds + a place on top or choc chips.
