Beat eggs and castor sugar till    light and fluffy. Add the lemon essence.<br \/>   &#8211; Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture.<br \/>   &#8211; Add the milk mixture to the egg mixture. Fold in lightly.<br \/>   &#8211; Pour into 2 sandwich pans and bake in a 180-degree pre-heated oven for 20    minutes<br \/>   &#8211; Cool. Slit the cakes in half.<\/p>\n<p>Custard :   <\/p>\n<p>   5 tbsp custard powder   <br \/>   3 cups milk<br \/>   1 cup sugar<br \/>   &Acirc;&frac12; cup coconut<br \/>   &Acirc;&frac12; tsp lemon essence<br \/>   &Acirc;&frac12; cup butter<br \/>   grated coconut   <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Method : <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">&#8211; Mix the custard with some milk and add to the rest of milk with sugar, essence    and coconut.<br \/>   &#8211; Bring to a boil and when it thickens, add the butter to it.<br \/>   &#8211; Sandwich the cakes with the custard.
