Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.&nbsp; Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mix.<br \/>   Add fruit.&nbsp; Whisk sour milk and milk together and mix well into dry mix.&nbsp; Spoon into well greased 23cm loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180    degrees for 55 to&nbsp; 60 minutes. Cool off slightly in tin before turning out    onto wire rack.
