Stir in the lemon rind and butter. Add sufficient lemon juice to mix to a smooth spread-able icing.<\/p>\n<p>CHOCOLATE ICING<br \/>Ingredients<br \/>2 cups icing sugar<br \/>3 tablespoons cocoa<br \/>&frac12; teaspoon vanilla essence<br \/>1 teaspoon butter<br \/>2 tablespoons hot water<\/p>\n<p>Method<br \/>Sift icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add vanilla essence and butter and mix. Add sufficient hot water to make a smooth icing.<\/p>\n<p>CREAM CHEESE ICING<br \/>Ingredients<br \/>60 grams butter<br \/>150 grams cream cheese<br \/>&frac14; teaspoon vanilla essence<br \/>1 cup icing sugar<\/p>\n<p>Method<br \/>Place all the above ingredients into a bowl of processor. Process until smooth.
