Add &frac12; of castor sugar and beat add remaining castor sugar &amp; vinegar    beat until very glossy. Pipe or spread meringue mixture to the pyrex bowl. Bake at 150degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat 100 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream.
