Beat well. Add egg yolks 1 at a time, add vanilla essence. Sift flour and baking powder 3 times and add egg mixture, beating on a very low speed or using a spatula. Mix together oil, cocoa and boiling water. Add to batter, using a spatula to mix well. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 180c in a well greased pan.
