Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mix. Add fruit. Whisk sour milk and milk together and mix well into dry mix. Spoon into well greased 23cm loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 55 TO 60 minutes.
